270 Park Ave

Manhattan, New York City

The Challenge:

As JP Morgan Chase prepared to open its new global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue - a defining addition to the New York City skyline - the challenge was to create a workplace experience that reflects the future of work while honoring the institution’s legacy of innovation and leadership.

In collaboration with several disparate architecture firms, ownership groups, operations, and client services teams, we were tasked with developing a cohesive vision that seamlessly connects brand, space, and culture. The goal: to transform 270 Park Avenue into more than an office - a living, breathing embodiment of JP Morgan Chase’s purpose, people, and progress.

Strategy Outcomes:

Persona & User Research + Critical User Journeys
We developed detailed user personas and journey maps to envision the future workplace experience, uncovering how employees and visitors move, collaborate, and connect across different settings. These insights informed key design, operational, technology, and security decisions - shaping a holistic, human-centered vision for the new era of in-office work.

Brand & Story
We identified pivotal moments to unite the story of the building and the brand, layering meaning and identity throughout the space. By integrating storytelling into the physical environment, we transformed 270 Park Avenue into more than a workplace - a dynamic expression of JP Morgan Chase’s culture, heritage, and forward-looking vision.
Note: Many works still protected under NDA. Project will be updated as information becomes available.
